This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. I also have become one of only 45 agents in PA. and 2000 nationally to be a CNE which means Certified Negotiation Expert. I'm also I a father of 2 and a husband. My boys are 2 and a half and 4 month old. We live in Dawson PA. On 2 acres in the country were I grew up. My lovely wife Jeanne is very supportive of the long night and weekends that I work. She understands that I sometimes must leave at 8 at night and go show a home or take a phone call at 10 at night from a worried seller. I have grownup in the profession of Real Estate, My father is the broker/owner of Howard Hanna Simon and has been in the profession for 22 years.
